Why build it here
A shed is only as good as the timber in it
The trouble with a flat-pack shed is that you are buying the thinnest timber that will survive the drive home. We build from the same treated stock we sell to builders, so the framing is heavier and the cladding is thicker.
It also means you can have it in the size the garden needs. An awkward corner, a lean-to against a wall, a wider door for a mower — none of that costs extra when it is made rather than picked off a pallet.

Bring your measurements and we will work out the cut list, price it from our published rates, and cut every piece to size free of charge.

Before you order
Do you build it, or do I?

Either. We can supply everything cut to size for you to assemble, or build and fit it for you. Tell us which when you enquire and we will price it accordingly.
What base does it need?

A flat, level base that drains — concrete, slabs or a timber frame on bearers. Get this right and the building lasts decades; get it wrong and no amount of good timber will save it. We are happy to talk it through.
Do I need planning permission?

Most garden buildings fall under permitted development, but height, position near a boundary, and conservation areas all affect it. Check with Walsall Council before ordering — we can build to whatever dimensions you need to stay within the rules.
How long does it take?

It depends on the size and how busy the workshop is. Spring and early summer are the busiest, so if you want it for the good weather it is worth enquiring early in the year.
